Outdoor Circuit 2010: Event 10 Information
Venue / Directions / Transport: This weeks event takes us to Trinity College , Co. Dublin (Map
HERE>>) on Saturday on the 4th Sept.
Event type & fee: 3v3 Mixed Sex Competition. Event fee is 10Euro per player (15Euro if players are on a team with non-matching tops). Please see website for more information.
Times / Schedule: The event's registration will open at 10am and play will start at 11am. All players are asked to be at the venue as early as possible to ensure the event starts on time and any delays are avoided; teams that register after 10.30 am will be subject to a 5Euro fine per player.
Please note: Teams that register before 3pm on Friday will be given a seeding for the group stages, teams that register after this time will not be given a seeding and may find themselves in a tougher group. To register a team please complete the following details:

Attendance: If you are attending this event could you please reply to this email, this will ensure that we have enough equipment for the event.
Health & Safety: Please note that clothing and footwear should be worn that does not present a health and safety risk to others (This includes studded shoes), as it is common for participants to play without any shoes . If the weather is bad and presents a safety risk on the day however, then the event will be cancelled.

To participate in this event (and any other events over the rest of the circuit), you must complete the Outdoor Player Registration Form (available at
www.beachvolleyballireland.com) and submit it at the first event you wish to take part in, or post it to the VAI Office at the below address. Payment MUST accompany the form as Outdoor Player Registration cards are issued and must be presented by each player at the registration desk prior to the start of each event. As per attached form, the registration fees are as follows:
Players registered for the 2009/10 Indoor season - 5Euro
Players NOT registered for the 2009/10 Indoor season - 20Euro
